Upon VIP onboarding, an NDA is signed to guarantee discretion. Clients will have coded account names to secure anonymity, and all vehicles used onsite are unmarked to provide privacy. Keys are secured in a locked facility with 24/7 surveillance and all passcodes in client files are kept on an encrypted site with only staff access.

During your consultation, we will discuss what care needs your household requires for your pets wellbeing. This may look like your sitter coming in to feed your pets their meals and give supplements and medications. Along with providing daily exercise and enrichment for your pets based on their age and breed needs.
