Founded by Acoya Rehak in 2017, Littlebear Petcare was built on the belief that pets deserve not just basic care, but thoughtful, curated experiences. What began as a solo venture has grown into a hand-selected team of passionate, professional pet care specialists serving the greater Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas. And as of June 2026, we have expanded care to include households in Chicago, IL. With over 10 years in professional pet care and more than  300 five-star reviews Littlebear Petcare provides elevated pet care without losing the heart of what matters most: love, trust, and reliability.

Owner & Founder

With over 10 years in professional pet care and more than  300 five-star reviews, Acoya brings expertise, compassion, and leadership to every service we offer. When not working, you’ll find her three putting on the golf course, reading or at home with her own fur-babies.

As a lifelong pet owner with three years of pet care experience; Nick specializes in high demand, personalized and detail-oriented care plans. With her own personal zoo at home that includes scaly-babies along with several fur-babies, Nick is highly observant and provides secure loving pet care. She spends her free time with her fur-babies and is also a local performing artist.

Star Sitter

Growing up with dogs, cats, and horses, Valerie has been around animals her entire life and continue to enjoy training dogs and riding horses today. She has a strong interest in pet nutrition and am highly observant of animal behavior, allowing her to work confidently with pets of all temperaments. At home, she has two dogs and a horse of her own, and loves helping animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
